Rules

In the Example Contest, participants pick a single golfer every week for that week’s tournament under a One and Done format: participants may not pick any one golfer more than once. Participants receive one point for each dollar in prize winnings accumulated by golfers they pick; the player with the most points at the end of the season wins.

Each participant may submit a maximum of 4 entries. The maximum number of entries for the main event is 20. All prizes will be paid in full regardless of whether or not the main event fully fills.

Participants must adhere to the SportsHub Master Terms of Service. Failure to abide by these terms will result in disqualification and, if applicable, prize forfeiture.

Roster Requirements

Each week, a participant will select one golfer. Any golfer in the field may be selected, so long as the participant has not selected that golfer in a prior tournament under the same entry. Selections must be submitted prior to the first tee time of the golf tournament.

An “Available Golfer” is a golfer that you had not already picked in a prior tournament and that has yet to tee off in the tournament.

Golfer Withdrawals

Lock Time will be considered the first golfer’s tee time in a given tournament. If a golfer withdraws prior to Lock Time, We will attempt to send all participants with a withdrawn golfer an email or text notification alerting them to the situation, to give a chance to choose a new golfer. If a selected golfer withdraws after Lock Time (or a participant fails to swap out a golfer that withdrew prior to Lock Time), it will be counted as a valid selection for the week, and that golfer will no longer be considered “Available” for future tournaments.

Postponed / Cancelled Events

If an event is cancelled, all selections will be voided and golfers selected for that event will be free for participants to use for another event. If an event is postponed, but is rescheduled to a date before the PGA Tour Championship, the event will be included in the tour schedule. If an event is postponed until after the conclusion of the 2020-2021 tour, it will not be included in the tournament schedule, with the exception of Major Championships:

  • Masters Tournament
  • U.S. Open Championship
  • The Open Championship (British Open)
  • PGA Championship
  • THE PLAYERS Championship

If any of these Major Championships are postponed until after the PGA Tour Championship, but before the end of 2021, they will be included in the tournament schedule.
